MADOCS successfully organized the fifth edition of the Comprehensive Circumcision Course (CCC5) on 9th February 2025 at Hotel Maluri, Cheras.
This one-day program provided registered doctors with essential theoretical training on safe and standardized circumcision practices delivered by experienced surgeons and industry experts.
MADOCS extends its appreciation to all committee members, facilitators, and participants for their dedication in making CCC5 a success.

COMPREHENSIVE CIRCUMCISION COURSE 6 (CCC6)
Once again, MADOCS has successfully organized the CCC program series for the sixth time on 1st June 2025 at Hotel Maluri Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
This one-day comprehensive course aims to train registered doctors to perform safe and standardized circumcision procedures. In the morning session, participants were presented with theoretical knowledge delivered by experienced surgeons and industry experts. In the afternoon, they had the opportunity to witness a live demonstration of the circumcision procedure, followed by a hands-on session that allowed them to experience the actual process of performing circumcision on real patients.
This edition of CCC provided participants the chance to learn three modern circumcision methods: the Guillotine method, Tekno Klem, and ZSR Stapler. The Tekno Sealer method using the Tekno Klem was invented and developed by doctors from Indonesia. This time, participants had the opportunity to learn this 'mould & glue' technique from the pioneering Tekno Klem & Tekno Sealer team, led by Dr. Aprilio, who was specially invited from Indonesia.
CCC is also a dual-purpose program; in addition to training, it enables MADOCS to carry out CSR efforts by providing free circumcision services to those in need.

MADOCS has once again successfully continued its CCC program series with the seventh edition, held on 13th September 2025 at Hotel Katerina, Batu Pahat, Johor.
The seventh edition of the Comprehensive Circumcision Course (CCC7) was successfully organized, with MADOCS continuing its mission to train registered doctors in safe and standardized circumcision practices. Participants received theoretical training from experienced surgeons followed by a live circumcision demonstration and hands-on session.

PRIVILEGING COURSE FOR CIRCUMCISION (DORSAL SLIT) PART 2

PRIVILEGING COURSE FOR CIRCUMCISION (DORSAL SLIT) PART 2 (PCC2)
MADOCS has successfully conducted the second part of the Privileging Course for Circumcision (Dorsal Slit), known as PCC2, on 13th September 2025 at The Katerina Hotel, Batu Pahat, Johor.
This program is a continuation of Part 1, the theoretical examination session that was held on 25th October 2024. PCC2 serves as the practical completion phase, allowing participants to finalize their training through hands-on practice of the Dorsal Slit circumcision method.
Following the demonstration, each participant proceeded with their individual hands-on assessment, where they were allocated 50 minutes to complete the circumcision procedure under the guidance and supervision of experienced trainers. This practical evaluation ensures that every participant is competent, confident, and clinically prepared before being granted their privileging certification.
PCC2 reflects MADOCS’s continued commitment to enhancing circumcision training standards and strengthening clinical competency among medical practitioners.
