Who Are We
We are a non-profit, non-governmental and politically-independent association
focusing on providing
circumcision-related
knowledge and sustainable
health-related development
for health professionals.
We have been registered with
Register of Society Malaysia
(ROS) since 23rd August 2022.

knowledge, technique, know-how, etc among members.
To act on behalf of members as
frontliners in looking after the
welfare of members.

awareness on safe circumcision related activities.

activities for the benefit of members and the public.

Mass Circumcision Programs using various methods and techniques of circumcision that are available in Malaysia.
CSR activities which will involve welfare organizations and NGOs, with the participation of individuals and companies as sponsors.
Credentialing and Recognition from the Ministry of Health on MADOCS from the point of view of the establishment and professionalism MADOCS membership.
A national level circumcision seminar for circumcisers.
Conduct membership drive in order to to get substantial number of members in view to establish MADOCS as a recognized society.
To solve any misconception regarding matters of circumcision. Eg.: Are nonmuslims doctors can performing circumcision on muslims?
To hold meetings and visits to the relevant authorities on circumcision including health, religion and welfare sectors i.e. Ministry of Health, JAKIM and Social, Welfare Department, in view to explain the role of MADOCS and to discuss about circumcision matters.
