PCC2-4 Course, Semporna, Sabah

The MADOCS PCC2-4 course was held in Semporna, Sabah on 18 June 2026, alongside the mass circumcision programme at Dewan Arena Masyarakat, Semporna.
The mass circumcision programme benefited 150 underprivileged children in the district and surrounding areas, and was run together with the Semporna Prihatin organisation.
A total of 32 doctors underwent assessment in the PCC2-4 course under the supervision of 20 trainers comprising surgeons, medical officers and certified medical assistants.
Only participants who meet the required competency level will be recommended to receive the Circumcision Privileging Certificate (Dorsal Slit).
