Hospital dan pihak berkuasa boleh mengesahkan sijil Credentialing & Privileging (C&P) MADOCS di sini — tanpa perlu memaklumkan data peribadi pemegang sijil.
Bagaimana pengesahan berfungsi
- Setiap sijil MADOCS mempunyai nombor siri unik dan kod QR who opens this page with that number.
- Untuk mengesahkan, masukkan nombor siri — sistem memaparkan kursus, tarikh, mata CPD dan hash SHA-256 fail sijil.
- A certificate is valid only if the serial number exists in the record, and the hash shown matches the original certificate file.
Privasi
Rekod awam ini does not store names or MMC numbers the certificate holder. The name on the certificate appears only in the holder's own document, and verification here does not disclose personal information to third parties. Questions about verification may be directed to the secretariat.
If the certificate is not found
