MADOCS in the Media: 150 Children Hosted in the MADOCS Circumcision Programme

On 3 July 2026, the Kosmo! newspaper reported on the MADOCS mass circumcision programme at Dewan Arena Masyarakat, Semporna, Sabah, which benefited 150 underprivileged children in the district and surrounding areas.

According to the report, the one-day programme was run by 77 personnel — including 20 trainers from among surgeons, medical officers and medical assistants — as well as Semporna Prihatin volunteers.

The programme ran alongside the MADOCS Circumcision Privileging (Dorsal Slit) Course, Part Two, Fourth Series (PCC 2-4), in which 32 doctors underwent assessment.
